I also have :

LAVENDAR + ROSEMARY SOAK

And COCONUT + SHEA SOAK

To take an epsom salt, himalayan salt bath, add 2 cups of salt soak when running a bath

The water should be warm but not too hot. Temperatures between 92°F and 100°F 

Soak in the bath for 10 to 20 minutes [avoid using soap]

Rest for at least 1 hour after a detox bath so that you can go to sleep afterward.
